The hell with those plans to run as the progressive Lt. Governor candidate. It must be too crowded a field, too many petition signatures to get, too expensive, too something. One hour ago at 4:50pm, ten minutes before the filing deadline, Pat Edmonson turned in to Ollie Bates, Chairman of the Virginia Beach Democratic Committee, her petitions to run as a Democratic candidate for the 82nd House of Delegates seat. Consolation candidacy I suppose.
I can’t reward inconsistency. There’s nothing wrong with Peter Schmidt as our candidate. This is pathetic!
