Cuccinelli Thinks VA Can Fairly Redistrict Without Oversight

Considering Cuccinelli’s partisan and restrictive endeavors from the day he was elected one can’t possibly imagine that redistricting in Virginia would be fair or equitable without outside monitors in the current political climate under the McDonnell administration. Letting this fox watch over the hen house is the last legislative redistricting thing Virginians would ever want.
